Email Templates and Weekly Location Reservations

Welcome to our latest update! We are excited to announce two new features that will enhance your RecHelper experience. The first feature, Email Templating, will allow your organization to easily create and customize your RecHelper emails. The second feature, Weekly Location Reservations, will enable you to reserve PT service locations on a weekly basis, making it easy for you to plan and schedule your sessions.

Email Templating

Under your organization's settings in the Control Panel, you will now see a new option for Email Templating. This feature allows you to customize the emails you send out, giving you the ability to personalize your communication. With the following features, you can create the emails you want:

  • Variables that allow you to inject relevant information into your templates.
  • Customizable subject lines to grab the recipient's attention.
  • Tags and filters to transform your content in various ways.

This new feature will give you the flexibility to create engaging and professional-looking emails that align with your organization's branding and messaging.

Weekly Location Reservations

In your PT settings in the Control Panel, under the Locations sub-menu, you will find a new option for Weekly Location Reservations. These reservations allow you to reserve locations on a weekly basis and prevent conflicts with other PT events. With this new feature, you can:

  • Set the start and end time for when you want the reservation to occur.
  • Set the start and end date for when you want the reservation to be active.
  • Choose which days of the week you would like the reservation to be active for.

This new feature will give you the ability to plan and schedule your PT sessions with ease, ensuring that the location you need is available when you need it. We hope you find it useful!
