Event Group Color and Event Statuses

A quick update to allow users to set the color of Event Groups. This will change the color of the event when no status is set, and will always be the border color of the event.

We also gave users the options to have Event Types without any statuses. These types of events will be hidden from the Event Statuses Report and from the calendar on the Profile Dashboard.
