[Incident] Looking into Server Down

RecHelper was down for a few minutes earlier today, and we are looking into the direct cause of this and ways to prevent problems like this in the future. We identified the issue and added safe-guards to prevent the problem from causing the platform to go down. We are also continuing to improve the availability and reliability of our systems.
