Update

Jan 7, 2023 Maintenance Complete

The maintenance and upgrades on our systems are now complete, and RecHelper is back up and ready to use! We understand that downtime can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while we worked to improve our systems. As part of the system upgrade, we made the following changes and fixes:

  • We fixed an issue that prevented users from viewing drop-downs in the CP toolbar, specifically on the PT Calendar and the Profile Packages pages.
  • Setting a Superuser for your organization requires RecHelper Support in order to help protect some of your sensitive settings and prevent any errors in changing this field. Similarly, if a profile is a Superuser, only that person can update their profile.
