Profile Packages Fix

The packages page on profiles has been fixed to show the proper dates and have more description, as well as the problem with the menu for the Swipe not properly showing up.

The "Pt Profile" link in the toolbar has been deactivated and moved to the left navigation panel. This is in preperation of removing the button and using the toolbar for more page specific tasks.
